Our Bunkies are built at our location and delivered directly to you 100% turnkey. They are delivered on a flatbed trailer and either transported on a small tracked machine to the final location or lifted using a crane and set into place.
Our standard timeline is 8-12 weeks from date of order to delivery of your completed Bunkie.
Delivery is included up to 175kms from our location in Strathroy, Ontario. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside 175kms.
Once your bunkie arrives, it only takes about 1-2hours before you can start using your new space.
There are a few different options available for the foundation your bunkie sits on. We supply detailed drawings.
In Ontario, a permit is not required as our Bunkies stay below the permit size.
The Bunkie is intended as an additional living space to be added to a home. The do not currently include plumbing at this time.
A small kitchenette area can be added, however plumbing is currently not included.
The unique design of our Bunkies allows for the front porch to be extended, reduced or removed completely.
